Lost or Damaged Goods in Shipping
All shipped items are sent insured with Canada Post and have a tracking number. In the event that your order is lost or damaged please contact us at: email@example.com
We will verify and try to locate your package with Canada Post and this may take several days for us to receive confirmation from Canada Post.
We use Canada Post for shipping with insurance and a tracking number for Canada and Worldwide delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
When you place an order, we will confirm product availability and provide a shipping total and delivery dates.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dependent on the packaging and weight of the item. When more than one item is ordered we will provide a combined shipping rate.
